Our missions

  • Analysis of the feasibility of an operation concerning town planning rules and the measures to be taken: evolution of town planning documents, methods of submitting town planning authorisations, constraints resulting from other regulations;
  • Advice on urban planning documents: selection and monitoring of procedures for drawing up documents, drafting of urban planning documents, assessment of the legality of documents, advice on administrative appeals and examination of requests for repeal or withdrawal;
  • Consulting services relating to development operations: choice of the subdivision procedure or « ZAC », assistance in setting up a development operation, assistance in the process of creating a « ZAC », assistance with the content of development documents and the drafting of decisions, subdivision authorisation application procedures, etc...;
  • Consulting services relating to land use authorisations: application for a planning certificate, land use authorisations (legality, competence, form, content and instruction), the audit of a building permit file, prevention of neighbourhood disturbances, withdrawal of planning authorisation.
